How IMG approaches project management

Facility projects go wrong in the gaps, between trades, between schedules, between what was promised and what was delivered. IMG provides project oversight from scope definition to closeout, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, tracking the timeline and inspecting quality along the way. IMG holds a City of Cleveland General Contractor License, and our experience supporting construction partners means we understand turnover, punch lists and fast mobilization.

IMG provides project management and coordination for facility improvements, renovations, special projects, and multi-vendor scopes. We help clients move projects from initial assessment and planning through execution and closeout by coordinating schedules, contractors, site requirements, communication, documentation, and quality expectations.

Our project management approach is particularly valuable when a facility has multiple trades or service providers involved. IMG can serve as the central point of coordination between the client, subcontractors, vendors, facility personnel, and other stakeholders. We monitor progress, identify potential issues, communicate changes, and help ensure projects remain aligned with established scope, schedule, budget, and operational requirements.

Because IMG also provides and coordinates multiple facility services, we understand projects from both the management and field-execution perspectives. This allows us to help clients reduce communication gaps and vendor fragmentation while maintaining visibility throughout the project. Project planning can also incorporate preventive maintenance recommendations, asset replacement priorities, lifecycle considerations, and recurring service needs so improvements are supported after project closeout rather than treated as one-time events.
