James Barnes
Founder & President
James Barnes founded IMG in 2011 with a vision to transform facility management in Northeast Ohio. What began as a small janitorial services company has, under his leadership, grown into an integrated facilities management organization serving major institutions including Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Tower City, and Case Western Reserve University. James is a 2026 graduate of the Chase for Business Coaching for Impact program, and IMG has completed the Gilbane Rising Contractor Program.
A believer in doing well by doing good, James has built IMG around a commitment to operational excellence, local hiring, and community investment, principles that continue to guide the company's growth today.
Chad Porter

Vanessa Watson oversees IMG's finance and accounting operations, bringing more than seven years of experience to budgeting, reporting, and the financial stewardship behind every client engagement.
