Event Services & Facility Support
Coordinated event services and facility support, from pre-event preparation and day-of coverage to final breakdown and cleanup.
Overview
How IMG approaches event services
IMG provides coordinated event services and facility support for corporate gatherings, community events, conferences, galas, school functions, sporting events, and other special programs. Services can be tailored to the size, schedule, and operational requirements of each event and may include pre-event preparation, venue setup support, day-of porter and janitorial coverage, restroom monitoring, waste removal, floor and surface care, supply replenishment, and post-event cleanup. Our goal is to help clients create a clean, organized, professional environment from guest arrival through final breakdown.
For larger or multi-vendor events, IMG can also support logistics and facility coordination by helping manage staging areas, deliveries, vendor access, room resets, equipment movement, temporary staffing, and communication between facility teams and service partners. When additional specialty support is required, we can coordinate qualified partners for services such as security, transportation, electrical support, or other event-related facility needs. This gives clients a single point of coordination while allowing the event team to remain focused on programming and guest experience.
Event support can also be integrated into an ongoing facilities management relationship. IMG can develop repeatable event-readiness checklists, pre- and post-event inspection standards, cleaning schedules, staffing plans, and rapid-response procedures for facilities that host events regularly. By planning ahead and documenting expectations, we help reduce last-minute issues, protect the condition of the facility, and ensure spaces are returned to normal operations quickly and professionally after each event.
