How IMG approaches landscaping & grounds

Your exterior is the first thing visitors, tenants and students see. IMG manages grounds on a seasonal calendar so there are no gaps between spring cleanup, summer maintenance, fall leaf removal and winter snow and ice management. Because grounds sit inside the same account as your interior services, you get one team, one schedule and one point of accountability, and we use electric equipment wherever possible to cut noise and emissions around occupied buildings.

IMG provides commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance programs designed to keep exterior environments safe, attractive, and professionally maintained throughout the year. Services can include mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanups, mulch and bed maintenance, pruning, debris removal, property policing, seasonal planting, and general grounds care. Programs are customized around property size, appearance standards, usage, seasonal conditions, and client priorities.

For Northeast Ohio facilities, exterior maintenance also requires preparation for changing weather conditions. IMG can coordinate snow and ice management, including plowing, salting, walkway treatment, and related winter services, as part of a comprehensive grounds program.
